The most significant Rochdale-Oldham game in recent memory?

I hate derbies. There, I said it.
If there was a way to shake hands and agree to take a point each without actually having to play those games, I’d do that every time.
Call me a bore, a fun-sponge or whatever but games against Oldham and Bury (although it’s been a while on the latter front – hello down there!) bring so many extra things that I just find really tiresome.
First of all, it brings “the attendance police” out in full force – “we get more fans than you haha lol” and the like.
